I am truly passionate about supporting people in their career journeys and like to think I bring a depth of experience from 20 years in Executive Recruitment and the Corporate world.

Over this time, I have developed and evolved my insight into the key challenges and dynamics of the business environment in Australia.

Having spent the first 10+ years of adult life focusing on developing a career in FMCG Marketing, my knowledge of that sector now fuels my passion for helping others with their careers and succeed within the industry.

Outside of work I’m a passionate sports tragic, regularly becoming over-consumed with the plight of Liverpool FC and Ireland’s rugby team in particular! Blood pressure generally tends to be higher after the weekend sport overwhelm!

I bring over 8 years of experience in recruitment and the corporate world across Europe. I’m passionate about working with people and committed to delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. I believe in open communication, genuine relationships, and making sure people are heard, valued, and supported.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve focused on recruitment in fast-paced environments, specialising in roles across supply chain, operations, engineering, and finance. This has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of hiring manager needs and consistently present candidates who are well-matched and set up for long-term success.

Outside of work, I’m a history and cinema enthusiast. I enjoy hiking, basketball (proud Toronto Raptors fan since 2000), and skiing whenever I get the chance.

As a Principal Consultant, I lead with integrity, empathy, and a deep commitment to building genuine, long-term relationships.

My focus has never been just on filling roles, it’s about understanding the people behind the titles and creating opportunities where both clients and candidates truly thrive.

With a background in acting and the creative arts, I bring a fresh, intuitive lens to recruitment.

My training has taught me how to read between the lines, to actively listen, and to engage with people on a human level.

It’s this insight that allows me to uncover the real needs, goals, and potential of those I work with.

I work closely with hiring managers to understand the culture, nuances, and vision of their business, and with candidates to support them through career-defining moments. My style is personal, honest, and outcome-driven, not led by KPIs, but by finding the right fit for everyone involved.

I’m Regina—a former graphics and web designer, who stumbled into product development and recruitment in 2019... and never looked back.

What started as a mini project that I needed to complete at my previous job quickly converted into a real passion, and I’ve since shifted my focus to building meaningful products and helping teams grow with the right people.

While my day-to-day work is more strategic now, creativity is still at the heart of everything I do. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me experimenting with digital art, tackling DIY crafts and projects around the house, console gaming, or in the kitchen, baking up a storm.
